Your first step to Germany

My Immigration Services

I will help you understand the German immigration system and the various employment-based immigration options and procedures, so you can make well-informed decisions and choose the immigration path that best suits your goals.

Every immigration story is individual, and so are my immigration services. I can provide reliable general information, answer your specific questions about German visas and residence permits or accompany you step-by-step on your way to Germany.

For most of my clients, 1-3 consultations are enough to understand all necessary steps and to navigate the immigration process independently. But you can always book additional consultations or a package if you need more support.

In any case, you can be sure that I will use all of my experience and expertise to help you successfully achieve your immigration plans.

Topics commonly discussed in my consultations

Understanding different German visa and residence permit options

Reliable information on requirements and procedures

Assistance in applying for visas or residence permits

Review of documents

Options for spouses and family reunion visas

Recognition of university degrees and vocational/professional training (Berufsausbildung)

Please note that I can only support you if you want to take up employment or work as a freelancer in Germany. I can’t advise you on starting a business, getting the German citizenship by descent, or getting asylum/refugee status in Germany.

Also, since I’m not a lawyer, I can’t help you if your visa application is rejected or your residence permit has expired. In these cases, I can recommend experienced German immigration lawyers or business/tax advisors who provide immigration services. Just send me a message.

German Work Visas

There are different types of employment or work visas that allow internationals to live and work in Germany. Which visa you can get depends on your qualifications, work experience, the offered job, salary, and other visa-type-specific requirements. In addition, the procedures and visa processing times may differ depending on your citizenship.

The visa is valid for a few months and entitles you to enter Germany and start working. Once you are in Germany, you have to apply for a residence permit within a certain period, usually issued for two years and then extended. Citizens of certain countries don’t need a visa. They can apply directly for a residence permit at a local immigration office in Germany.

FAQ

If you have a question that is not listed, please send me a message

You do not necessarily need a consultant to immigrate to Germany. Most of the information is publicly available and can be obtained from the relevant authorities upon request. If you understand and speak German well enough to deal with the regulations and have a lot of time for the job search and the visa process, you can manage your immigration process on your own.

Since many internationals who want to move to Germany speak little or no German and are already employed, they lack the time to research relevant information, find a job, and plan their immigration process.

I will help you to find your way through the German bureaucratic jungle, avoid unnecessary mistakes and save you a lot of time and nerves. Since immigration to Germany mostly depends on a job offer, I will first help you to look for suitable jobs and to apply successfully. By using my services, you ensure that you have a competent German-speaking partner at your side.

My job is to listen to you, guide you, advise you, anticipate your needs, and support you through the immigration process. I communicate openly and transparently and will help you realistically assess your prospects.

I consult my clients in German, English and Serbian.

The consultations take place online on Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, Viber, Microsoft Teams, or by phone.

You can pay via Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, or bank transfer (IBAN, within the EU).

The payment is due before the first consultation.
